Ora majored in pre-medical biology at the University of Alabama, Tuscaloosa. Desiring to have a more intimate impact on the frontlines of service, she extended her medical pursuits to complete her degree in Nursing. Within the first year as a new graduate registered nurse, Ora excelled early in leadership specializing in Medical Surgical, Orthopedic, Telemetry, Critical Care, and Geriatrics as a Charge Nurse, Manager, Assistant Director, Preceptor, and Clinical Coordinator. Ora has served for more than 25 years in management and has trained hundreds of students and employees in health. Her passion was discovered as a Program
Coordinator Specialist where she trained entry-level healthcare personnel in clinical skills and professional development. Ora was given a first-hand opportunity to see her influence in transforming their lives to become motivated in pursuit of higher careers, and ultimately better servants of humanity. She would also discover her gifts for mentoring and coaching.
Dedicated to the success of every institution she has represented, Ora has written policy, successfully chaired corporate fundraisers, served on improvement initiatives for staff development and has integrated mission and mentoring into the workplace. Ora has received numerous recognitions and has been promoted for her professionalism. She is a multi-nominee and three times recipient of the prestigious Daisy Award, the Studer Group AIDET Award which recognizes service across the health continuum, and nominee for Supervisor of the Year 2024.
Today, her passion is rooted in her desire to leave a legacy of hope, elevate, lend reliable support to her primary profession of nursing, and to bring honor, quality, and stability to the meaningful work of health care. As President and CEO of Parent Company, K.I.N.G, Ora values her team in the spirit of co-leadership and service principles. Britanie is an experienced Registered Nurse with over 14 years of hands-on nursing experience across various clinical settings. She is a dedicated healthcare professional who has earned a Master’s degree in Nursing Informatics from the Capstone College of the University of South Alabama. Passionate about quality care and healthcare technology, she strives to bridge the gap between clinical practice and technology by leveraging her clinical insights and informatics expertise.
As a Nurse Informatics Specialist, Britanie manages healthcare data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
At EMerge, Britanie navigates the innovative platform and processes that train and empower healthcare staff to excel in delivering exceptional patient care. Through the use of advanced technology tools, user-centric IT functionality, and continuous learning support, she leads our team to ensure the success of each candidate in the EMerge E-Learning experience.

Samuel E. Jones

Dr. Samuel Jones completed his master’s in Marriage and Family Counseling at California State University and his doctorate in Psychology at the University of Alabama, Tuscaloosa. With more than 30 years of experience as a mental health professional, he is a private practitioner serving the Trussville and Clay areas.
He is a clinical member of The American Association for Marriage and Family Therapists and co-chair of the Alabama Licensing Board of Marriage & Family Therapy. Additionally, he is an educator and professor of Psychology.
Dr. Jones specializes in individual, couples, and family therapy, as well as community health. He has presented at national conferences and to general audiences on topics including mental health diagnoses, treatment, child and adolescent health, suicide, self-esteem, and more. As a therapist, he integrates mental wellness with an interactive therapeutic approach, personalizing his methods to help individuals, couples, and families achieve balance and well-being.
At EMerge, Dr. Jones serves as a principal director, integrating mental wellness into the training experience. His goal is to remove the obstacles and life challenges that often present as barriers to success. He is committed to upholding the highest standards in health services and has a deep compassion for those without support, as well as for those who are called to serve.
Brittany Scott

Brittany is a Registered Nurse with five years of experience in Medical-Surgical and Hospice Care. Passionate about her career in healthcare, she is currently working toward a Bachelor of Science in Nursing.
Brittany is the epitome of nursing excellence. She is a gifted communicator with a unique ability to mediate, educate, and assist patients and their families during times of life transition. Dedicated to saving lives, she has served on the frontlines, overcoming numerous challenges as a new graduate during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Combining clinical expertise with professionalism, depth, and compassion, Brittany has been recognized among the heroes of the pandemic. She has received four prestigious Daisy nominations and multiple Difference Maker Award recognitions. Her work ethic is impeccable, and she is a strong advocate for the entire care team.
At EMerge, Brittany serves as the Advocacy and Training Specialist, implementing proven strategies that reflect her own affirmations of excellence. She is a model steward of professionalism, quality care, and customer relations.
